Once upon a time, long, long, ago, in a land far, far away, something went very wrong in Fairytale Land.
For some strange reason, serene Princess Buena Yasumi – Sleeping Beauty can't sleep. Feisty Princess Rapunzel cut and dyed her hair. Would-be Princess Cinderella can't conjure up her Fairy Godmother and 3 out of 4 Prince Charmings have no intention of kissing the Princess and living ‘Happily Ever After’ – no way, never, nuh, uh, can't make them.
These three, lovely Princesses and their good friend Amphibia, the Frog Princess, feel trapped by the traditions and expectations of their time. Their fairytale Prince Charmings AKA Charmalot, Charmster, Charmalicious, and Charminator, feel just as stuck in their storylines. Even former free spirit, Robin Hood, is now a conservative father demanding his son fulfill his fairytale destiny … or else.
The young Royals are trapped in bad situations that appear beyond their control. Rapunzel's visit to the town writer only seems to solidify their doom. As they trudge through Fairytale Land, these quirky fairytale characters discover they are strong, self–determined individuals who have the ability to triumph over their pre–determined outcomes in the end.
